This policy explains how Brite Technologies LLC ("we") handles personal data in Cost Estimator — the website estimates-pro.com, the web app and the mobile apps. Our general apps privacy policy is also available at britetodo.com/legal/PrivacyPolicyBrite.pdf.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you add them, your name, business name, logo, address and labor rates.
• Content you add: job descriptions, voice notes, site photos, estimates, invoices and your clients' contact details.
• Purchase data: plan, order and subscription status. Card and payment details are collected and processed by Paddle (web) or Apple/Google (apps); we never see full card numbers.
• Usage and device data: pages and screens viewed, approximate location from IP address (country/region), device and browser type, and ad-click identifiers when you arrive from an ad.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact-sales form or by email.

How we use it

To provide the Service (generate estimates, store and send documents), to manage your subscription, to answer requests, to keep the Service secure, to measure and improve our product and advertising, and to meet legal obligations. Photos and descriptions are processed by AI models to produce estimates.

Who we share it with

Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting and database providers, AI model providers (to turn descriptions and photos into estimates), Paddle (payments, tax and invoicing), Resend (transactional email), and analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta) for measurement. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies to measure how people find and use the Service.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after you delete your account, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example, invoices). You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to marketing, by emailing hello@britetodo.com. Residents of the EU/UK and US states such as California have the rights given by their local law; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to it is limited to the people and providers who need it to run the Service.

Children

The Service is for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 16.
